More chocolate-peanut butter sweets

We spent a long time indoors today due to baby naps and decided to liven up our time with these frozen banana pops. I saw these quite a while ago at I Have to Say... and thought, "Oh yeah, why didn't I think of that before?" Then, recently, they were featured on The Crafty Crow. Again, I thought, "Oh yeah, that'd be fun!" So, finally.
I changed ours up a bit by slicing the bananas in smaller pieces (instead of halves) for the kids, and for the added bonus of spreading some peanut butter between a couple slices before dipping in chocolate. The two large pops are the grown-up pops which consist of two banana slices with peanut butter in between (see 2nd photo). The small pops are the kids' with one banana slice and no peanut butter. I, personally, can't imagine why they didn't want peanut butter, but they loved eating the ones they made.
Quick, cool, and very tasty.

(P.S. I couldn't find the post at I Have to Say...)

YUM! These are making my mouth water. This would be a great post to submit to The Chocolate Peanut Butter Gallery.

Our kids LOVE banana pops. I roll them in crushed nuts and sprinkles for a little treat :) My nephew came over and I made these and I found one on our patio with no chocolate on it- just the nasty banana. BLECH! That kind of grossed me out :)
