Nut dishes
I have these nut dishes that I picked up at a flea market. I'm not 100 percent sure how you're supposed to use them. Do you put nuts in one side and empty shells in the other? I don't really serve nuts, but I feel like for as long as I've had these I should have come up with some other way to use them for serving food (mini servings of crudite with sauce?). So far, I have just enjoyed displaying them with other brightly colored dishes. I love the colors and I love that they're plastic so I don't have to worry about them being damaged. Aren't they cute?

i love these! i think they'd be good for so many things for kids: apples + peanut butter to dip, carrots + dip, cupcakes + frosting, etc. fun stuff!
These are called "Snack Sets". You put your snack in the leaf portion and some punch or soft drink in the round section (in a cup).
Thanks, anonymous! That makes much more sense. I researched a little further and found a similar set with the same instructions: drink in round side, nuts in flower side.
O.K. That makes more sense to me because I was thinking that my boys would fill those up pretty fast if we used something like those as nut cups. So cute... gotta find me some!
DARLING! The colors are fab! Super find - the thrifting gods must have been with you that day.
we had some of these as kids. My mom would use them as snack containers. a dip in one side and the snack in the other. we also used it like anonymous said with a drink cup and snack.
I adore stuff like that..plastic stuff is fantastic!
