Morning news
We woke up this morning to Illinois' first probable case of swine flu and subsequent school closing being reported right outside our window.
I'd really rather see a pretty bird.

So many things to say, but I'll just stick with two:
1. Be glad Pa doesn't know;
2. Nathan thought he had Swine Flu symptoms yesterday.
I would have to agree that I would rather see a pretty bird! And Amy, I hope Nathan still doesn't think he has Swine Flu symptoms!
I read your post in the morning, and came home in the afternoon to the same exact scene - news trucks just a couple blocks away at the elementary school. Glad to know I'm not the only one wishing for pretty birds - frankly, I'd even prefer a really ugly bird.
